We are a family owned parts business serving the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles since 1973, with six stores: Stratford TX (806-884-2745), Texline TX (806-884-8535), Amarillo TX (806-376-4327), Dalhart TX (806-244-8535), Guymon OK (580-338-2539), and Dumas TX (806-935-6860). Online orders ship anywhere in the United States.
Are the parts and accessories on A&I Parts Center genuine OEM products?
Yes, A&I Parts Center offers genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products as well as high-quality aftermarket parts. Whether you need semi truck filters, truck AC parts, or brake rotors, we source from trusted suppliers and manufacturers to ensure they meet or exceed industry standards. Our goal is to provide you with reliable and durable parts that you can trust.
Ordering, Payment & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship within the United States only. Some regulated items like refrigerants, batteries, and certain chemicals have destination restrictions inside the US as well. Anything restricted will show at checkout, and you can always call us at 806-884-2745 to check before you order.
What are accepted payment methods on A&I Parts Center?
You can pay with any major credit or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.Everything is processed securely, and we never see or store your card number.
How long does shipping take?
We pack and ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days (orders do not ship on weekends or holidays). We ship UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS Ground Advantage, and USPS Priority Mail. 2nd Day Air is our fastest option. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Additionally, you can log in to your A&I Parts Center account to view your order history and tracking information.
Returns, Warranties & Savings
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from the purchase date to start a return, and the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. If something goes sideways on our end, like a shipping delay, reach out and we will work with you on it.
Are there any warranties on the products sold by A&I Parts Center?
Yes, many of our semi trailer parts, truck filters, brake drums, and wheel parts come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty details vary depending on the product and brand. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for warranty information.
Do you run promotions or discounts?
We do. The best way to hear about them is to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page, follow us on social media, or call us and ask what we have going on. If you are buying more than one of something, ask about that too. There is often room on quantity.
Does A&I offer commercial account pricing or bulk discounts?
Commercial and fleet accounts are handled at the store level. Stop by or call your nearest store and ask for the manager, and we will take care of you.

What is the difference between Shell Rotella T6 synthetic and conventional diesel oils?
Rotella T6 5W-40 is a full synthetic heavy-duty diesel oil. Compared to a conventional 15W-40, it flows better in cold starts, holds up better under high heat, and typically offers improved protection over the drain interval. Conventional oil still does the job for many engines at a lower price. If you run in extreme temperatures or want longer engine protection, the synthetic is worth it.
How does Sea Foam Motor Treatment clean fuel systems and improve engine performance?
Sea Foam Motor Treatment (SF16) is a petroleum based cleaner and stabilizer for both gas and diesel engines. Added to the fuel tank, it cleans deposits from fuel injectors, carburetor passages, and combustion chambers, and it stabilizes fuel that sits between uses. As deposits come off, engines commonly recover smoother idle, throttle response, and fuel economy the buildup had been costing. It is an easy first step if an engine is running rough, losing mileage, or sitting in storage part of the year.
Are Continental flooded batteries shipped pre-charged and ready for installation?
Yes. Our flooded batteries come to us filled and charged, and that is the only way we sell and ship them, so they are ready to install when they arrive. Battery shipping does depend on where they are going, since carriers restrict some destinations; any restriction will show at checkout, or call us and we will check for you. You can also pick up at any of our six stores and we will make sure you leave with the right battery.
How do I select the right Gates belt length and profile for heavy-duty machinery?
Start with the number printed on your old belt. That tells us the profile and length, and we can cross it straight to the right Gates part. If the number is worn off, measure the outside length and the top width of the belt, or just bring it into any of our stores and we will match it on the counter. When in doubt, send a photo of the belt and your equipment model to [email protected].
What machinery and engines are compatible with Baldwin filters?
Baldwin makes hydraulic, fuel, oil, air, and coolant filters for most heavy-duty truck, agricultural, and industrial applications. The fastest way to find yours is to cross your current filter number, whatever the brand, to its Baldwin equivalent. How does an FW Murphy Swichgage protect engines from catastrophic failure?
A Murphy Swichgage is a gauge and a switch in one instrument. It displays the reading, like oil pressure or coolant temperature, and it has a built-in contact that trips when the reading crosses the limit you set. That trip can sound an alarm or shut the engine down before low oil pressure or overheating destroys it. They are a simple, proven way to protect irrigation engines, pumps, compressors, and other equipment that runs unattended.
